MDL BEAST is a Saudi-based entertainment powerhouse operating in live events, music labels and culture building. Their flagship festival, Soundstorm, based in Riyadh, has swiftly become one of the largest music festivals in the region and globally – for example, one edition welcomed over 700,000 attendees. Alongside this, MDL BEAST operates a record label (MDL Beast Records) and executes a variety of genre-spanning events (e.g., rock-oriented concerts such as Guns N’ Roses or viral sensations Keinemusik). As a partner agency, the brief was to embed brand-culture growth (beyond pure ticket sales) via community seeding, ongoing engagement of target Tribes audiences and to deliver measurable scale in impressions, content virality, and event engagement.
Our approach consisted of consistent and strategic coverage across our Tribes network: mapping key audience clusters (EDM fans, hip-hop fans, regionally-connected talent networks, global diaspora of Middle East & North Africa). We built a multi-phase campaign spanning pre-, during and post-event timelines:
Pre-event: built anticipation via seeded content, lineup releases, major announcements.
During event: real-time amplification of hero moments, stage reveals, VIP experiences, user-generated content push to capture authenticity and scale.
Post-event: follow-up content leveraging highlights, letting the festival evolve beyond the event week.
Performance highlights included delivering 9.2M+ impressions for a recent campaign tied to Soundstorm, and for another major event (Keinemusik in Saudi) achieving 5.4 M+ impressions.
The strategy also extended into label-releases: we supported MDL Beast Records to amplify a series of releases globally, generating millions of views and leveraging cross-genre promotion (EDM, rock, hip-hop). The result: elevated brand awareness, tightened community engagement, strong global reach and positioning of MDL BEAST as a multi-genre cultural platform.
